Land Records Manager
As the record officer, the county recorder transcribes and maintains for perpetuity any and all types of documents which affect title to real property. The land records insure a permanent record of property ownership and complete title.

UCC/CNS and Federal Tax Liens
As of March 1st, 2016 the County Recorder’s Office will no longer process UCC/CNS and Federal Tax Liens. When checking on these files, please contact the Secretary of State’s Office at 1-800-352-0867 (option 5) or at www.state.nd.us/sec.
