The Grand Forks County Highway Department office is located at 1700 N Columbia Road, Grand Forks ND 58203. The County Engineer is appointed by the County Board of Commissioners to serve as the department head.
Mission: To provide and maintain an efficient, safe, and cost effective County road and bridge transportation system to effectively meet citizen’s needs for personal mobility and movement of goods.
